About Neli

Neli Georgieva is a freelancer, GMAT instructor, and business coach. She holds an MBA degree in entrepreneurship and has over nine years of professional experience across various industries. While Neli believes in being motivated and working hard, seeing too many women on the verge of burnout and depression got her thinking about the pressures our society puts on us women and how they push themselves to the limit. As an academic and a rational person, Neli searched for and applied a downtoearth, practical approach to spirituality for the purposes of this book.

With her curiosity and love for self-improvement topics, she believes she has found a practical method to reduce stress and anxiety in the lives of busy women. With the help of this book, modern ladies will be able to let go of their worries and come back to the core of their femininity.
